Bottle shops and pubs
Licensed premises in Queensland are allowed to open throughout the Christmas period including Christmas Day. But while places may be allowed to open, you may struggle to find a bottle shop that's open on Christmas Day and pubs will more than likely have bookings.
Servos and small shops
Service stations and small independent shops will probably be your ticket for last minute presents and forgotten supplies on Christmas Day. They're always open and the Christmas period is no different.
